* You can deliver the listing by checking it under the "My Listings" section, clicking on the buyer’s name, and chatting directly through the site.
* There is no need to send a delivery form. The buyer is considered to have approved the product upon purchase. If the buyer does not confirm your listing within 48 hours, you may contact live support after 48 hours with any proof of delivery to have your delivery confirmed.
* Neither the seller nor the buyer can cancel a purchased listing.
* The maximum delivery time for sellers is 2 hours. For orders exceeding 2 hours, you can contact live support with the listing number to cancel it. Cancellations made before 2 hours require the seller’s approval.
* The messages exchanged on our website during the sales process are considered EVIDENCE. Additionally, taking screenshots can make it easier to receive assistance in case of any issues.
* For Yang or item orders, the buyer confirms the order after receiving the product. Approving an order without delivery is outside our responsibility, except in cases of fraud.
* Account, item, Yang, etc. sales and purchases must be carried out only through our website (obgames.com.tr). If it is detected that you have posted listings on other websites, your account may be terminated.
* You can complete your identity verification from the Profile - Verify Identity section. The verification process may take up to 1 business day.
* Conducting or attempting to conduct sales or purchases through external platforms such as Phone, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. is strictly prohibited. If detected, your account may be terminated, and you may lose support for your transactions.
* The sale of Item-Shop items is strictly prohibited.
* The sale of DC is strictly prohibited. Accounts being sold may contain a small amount of DC that does not violate the rules, but selling accounts with large amounts of DC is not allowed.
* It is forbidden to create campaigns such as “leave a comment, win a gift etc.”
* It is forbidden to give gifts alongside rate items that include currency in their sale.
* The Yang exchange rate in the listing section is updated daily, weekly, and monthly. If you add listings that do not comply with the Yang rate, your listing may be deleted or your account may be suspended.
* In account sales, the accuracy of the email address and smooth delivery to the buyer are the seller’s responsibility. If you do not remember your email address, no support will be provided.

* Account Sale Information:

1. Step: The listing is purchased.
2. Step: The buyer contacts the seller.
3. Step: The seller provides the buyer with the account login information so the buyer can check the account contents. (If the buyer makes any unauthorized changes to the account before delivery, the listing will be confirmed, and the buyer will be banned. The seller is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the account contents before delivery.)
4. Step: If the account content matches the listing, the buyer sends the email address to be linked to the account to the seller, and the seller updates the account’s email address and completes the delivery.
5. Step: The buyer verifies that the email address has been correctly updated, changes the account login details, and approves the listing.

* HOW TO CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS?

1. Log in to the game account you will sell through our websites (astra2.net, aeris2.net).
2. After logging in, go to the “Control Panel,” click on “Change Email Address,” and enter the email address provided by the buyer.
3. Click the verification link sent to the current email address linked to your account. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder.
4. You must click the verification link using the same browser where you are logged in. After clicking the link, once redirected to the account page, you can confirm that the email address has been successfully updated.
Note: In account sales, the accuracy of the email address and smooth delivery to the buyer are the seller’s responsibility. If you do not remember your email address, no support will be provided.
