# OB GAMES ÜYELİK VE SATIŞ SÖZLEŞMESİ

### 1. İLAN VE SATIŞ KURALLARI
İşbu sözleşme, OB Games platformu (bundan sonra "Platform" olarak anılacaktır) üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm ticari faaliyetleri ve kullanıcı yükümlülüklerini kapsar. Platforma üye olan her kullanıcı aşağıdaki maddeleri peşinen kabul etmiş sayılır:

* **1.1. Nesne Marketi Ürün Kısıtlaması:** Platform üzerinden, oyun içi "Nesne Marketi" birimleri, EP (Ejder Parası) kuponları ve doğrudan oyun yönetimi tarafından satılan market ürünlerinin ticareti kesinlikle yasaktır.
* **1.2. Taban Fiyat Uygulaması:** Kullanıcılar, Platform tarafından belirlenen güncel döviz/yang kurlarının altında satış yapamaz veya bu kurları manipüle edecek ilanlar oluşturamaz.
* **1.3. Teslimat Kanıt Yükümlülüğü:** Satıcı, gerçekleştirdiği her teslimat esnasında kesintisiz, müdahale edilmemiş ve yüksek çözünürlüklü (**HD**) ekran kaydı almakla yükümlüdür. Olası ihtilaflarda veya dolandırıcılık iddialarında, geçerli bir video kaydı sunamayan satıcı hak talebinde bulunamaz; doğacak zarardan bizzat sorumlu tutulur.
* **1.4. İllegal Varlık Satış Yasağı:** Üçüncü parti yazılımlar (Bot, Hile, Makro vb.) kullanılarak elde edilmiş oyun içi varlıkların (item, yang vb.) satışı yasaktır. Tespit edilen ürünler derhal kaldırılır.
* **1.5. Mülkiyet Şahsiliği:** Kullanıcılar yalnızca kendi hesaplarına ait eşyaların satışını yapabilir. Üçüncü şahıslara (yakın arkadaşlar dahil) ait varlıkların "aracı" sıfatıyla satışa sunulması yasaktır. Her oyuncu kendi hesabından ve ilanından bizzat sorumludur.
* **1.6. İlan Dürüstlüğü:** Karakterde mevcut olmayan, temsili, yanıltıcı veya "fake" (sahte) içerikli ilan açmak yasaktır.
* **1.7. Oyun İçi Pazarlama Kısıtlaması:** Oyun içi genel sohbet kanalları (Bağırma, PM vb.) üzerinden Türk Lirası (TL) ile satış yapıldığına dair duyuru veya reklam yapmak yasaktır. Tüm ticaret süreçleri yalnızca OB Games platformu üzerinden yürütülmelidir.

### 2. ÖDEMELER VE HAKEDİŞ SÜREÇLERİ
* **2.1. Hakediş Gönderim Süresi:** Kullanıcıların satışlardan elde ettikleri kazançlar ve bakiye çekim talepleri, inceleme ve onay süreçlerine müteakip **en geç 30 (otuz) takvim günü içerisinde** kullanıcının beyan ettiği ödeme kanallarına aktarılır. Teknik aksaklıklar veya güvenlik incelemeleri bu süreyi etkilemeyecek olup, 30 günlük süre üst sınır olarak kabul edilmiştir.
* **2.2. Kimlik Doğrulama:** Platform, ödeme yapmadan önce kullanıcıdan güvenlik gerekçesiyle kimlik doğrulama veya ek belge talep etme hakkını saklı tutar.

### 3. MÜEYYİDELER VE FESİH
* **3.1. Hesap Kısıtlaması:** Yukarıda maddeler halinde belirtilen ilan ve satış kurallarının herhangi birinin ihlal edilmesi durumunda, OB Games yönetimi ilgili kullanıcının hesabını **süresiz olarak askıya alma/kapatma** hakkına sahiptir.
* **3.2. Bakiye İptali:** Kural ihlali nedeniyle kapatılan hesapların içerisinde bulunan mevcut bakiyeler ve bekleyen çekim talepleri üzerinde kullanıcı herhangi bir hak iddia edemez. İhlal durumunda doğan tüm mali sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.

### 4. YÜRÜRLÜK VE KABUL
Kullanıcı, "Kayıt Ol" butonuna tıkladığı veya Platform hizmetlerini kullanmaya başladığı andan itibaren işbu sözleşmenin tüm maddelerini okumuş, anlamış ve hukuki sonuçlarını kabul etmiş sayılır.
# OB GAMES MEMBERSHIP AND SALES AGREEMENT

### 1. LISTING AND SALES REGULATIONS
This agreement governs all commercial activities and user obligations on the OB Games platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By registering on the Platform, every user is deemed to have accepted the following terms:

* **1.1. Item Market Restriction:** The sale of in-game "Item Market" assets, EP (Dragon Coin) coupons, or any products sold directly by the game management through the object market is strictly prohibited.
* **1.2. Minimum Price Policy:** Users are prohibited from creating listings below the current exchange/yang rates determined by the Platform or manipulating these rates.
* **1.3. Proof of Delivery Requirement:** The Seller is obligated to record a continuous, unaltered, and High Definition (**HD**) screen recording during every delivery. In the event of potential disputes or fraud attempts, a seller who cannot provide a valid video recording shall have no right to claim and will be held personally liable for any damages.
* **1.4. Illegal Assets and Software Usage:** The sale of in-game assets (items, yang, etc.) obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to third-party software (Bots, Cheats, Macros, etc.), is forbidden. Detected items will be removed immediately.
* **1.5. Ownership of Assets:** Users may only list items belonging to their own accounts. The sale of assets belonging to third parties (including close friends) under the guise of an "intermediary" is prohibited. Every player is personally responsible for their own account and listings.
* **1.6. Accuracy of Listings:** It is forbidden to create "fake," representative, or misleading listings for items that do not exist on the user's character.
* **1.7. In-Game Communication Policy:** It is prohibited to advertise or announce sales for Real Money (TL/USD/EUR) through in-game general chat channels (Shout, Global, PM, etc.). All trading processes must be conducted exclusively through the OB Games platform.

### 2. PAYMENTS AND EARNINGS PROCESS
* **2.1. Payout Timeframe:** Earnings from sales and balance withdrawal requests will be transferred to the user’s declared payment channels **within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days** following the completion of review and approval processes. While the Platform aims for early delivery, the 30-day period is the legal upper limit.
* **2.2. Security Verification:** The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification or additional documentation for security reasons prior to processing any payment.

### 3. SANCTIONS AND TERMINATION
* **3.1. Account Termination:** In the event of a violation of any of the listing and sales rules stated above, OB Games management reserves the right to **permanently suspend or close** the relevant user's account.
* **3.2. Forfeiture of Balance:** Users whose accounts are closed due to rule violations shall have no claim over existing balances or pending withdrawal requests. All financial liability resulting from the violation rests solely with the user.

### 4. EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE
By clicking the "Register" button or utilizing the services of the Platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and legal consequences of this agreement.
